Admission

Registration form can be downloaded / obtained through D.D. / CBS transfer of Rs. 1200/- (Std. III to VIII) and Rs. 1500/- (Std. IX & XI) in favour of Lakes International School, Bhimtal payable at Bhimtal or by cash in School Office. Duly filled form should be sent to the Principal.

The selection of students for admission is made on the basis of a written test according to the following format.

Classes III & IV : Hindi, English, Mathematics

Classes V to VIII : Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, G.K

Classes IX : Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science. S.St., G.K

Class XI : On the basis of Admission Test

( Syllabus general syllabus of the subjects upto the preceeding class ) followed by personal interview.Date of admission test is notified to registered students by the school, well in advance.

Documents Required at the time of Reporting
Once admission has been granted, the following credentials are required at the time of reporting.

1. Date of Birth Certificate in original.
2. Report card of the previous class.
3. Transfer certificate from school in original.
4. Medical certificate duly filled by competent Medical Officer.

Valuables
1. Students are strictly not permitted to wear any gold ornaments.
2. Students are severely prohibited to keep any cash/money.
3. Articles Like ? Walkman, Transistor, Camera, Video Games, Mobile and electrical gadgets are forbidden inside the hostels and in the school premises

Correspondence / Phone Calls
Hostel wardens ensure that all the students of their respective hostels write home once in two weeks. Guardians should write to the Principal in case of lack of correspondence.

Parents are allowed to talk to their wards strictly as per schedule given by the school twice in a week.

Night Leave
Parents are allowed to meet their wards only on the last Saturday of every month, if they wish, may take their wards for night leave till the following Sunday and return by 5 p.m. at the latest.
